Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms cover this website and the brief tool on it. They do not cover an engagement — that is governed by the written agreement we sign with you before any work starts.
01Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Archforge, an AI infrastructure design studio founded and led by Anas MK Hasiba, a company registered in the State of Palestine (Ministry of National Economy) under registration number 565045184, operating from Amman, Jordan. Contact: hello@arch-forge.com. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
02The forge brief is indicative, not an offer
The brief produced by the forge is generated automatically by an AI language model from the text you type. It is a sketch to start a conversation. Specifically:
- It is not a quotation, estimate, proposal, or offer capable of acceptance, and it creates no contract and no obligation on either side.
- It is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a business decision.
- Like any language model output, it can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Nothing in it is verified by a human before you see it.
- Any actual scope, timeline, and price comes only from a written proposal signed by the studio after a survey.
03What you may not put into it
Do not submit confidential information, personal data about other people, credentials, or material you are not entitled to share. Do not use the tool to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content, to attempt to extract or manipulate the underlying model or prompt, or to overload the service by automated means. We rate-limit the endpoint and may block abusive traffic.
04Intellectual property
All design, text, copy, code, drawings, marks, and the underlying methodology of this site — including the forge tool, the plate/heat framework, and the multi-agent build system described on it — are the exclusive property of Archforge, protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any of it beyond viewing it in your browser.
Copyright. © 2026 Archforge. All text, layout, illustrations, and code on this site are original work and protected under the Berne Convention and applicable national copyright law from the moment of creation, with no registration required. You may read the site, quote it fairly with clear attribution and a link back, and share a link to it. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the site or any substantial part of it — including its structure, wording, or visual design — for any commercial or public purpose without our prior written permission.
Trademarks. "Archforge" and the anvil/flame mark are unregistered common-law trademarks of Anas M.K Hasiba, used in commerce since founding. You may not use our name or mark to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written consent.
Trade secrets and methodology. The specific architecture, prompt design, orchestration logic, and internal processes behind the "130+ subagent harness" and the forge brief tool are confidential trade secrets, not disclosed in full on this site and not licensed by anything published here. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically probe the forge tool to reconstruct that methodology is not permitted and may be pursued as misappropriation under applicable trade secret law (including the Jordanian Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Law and equivalent statutes elsewhere).
Your input, and the brief we return. The text you type into the forge remains yours; you grant us only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to process it and return the brief to you. The brief text returned to you is yours to use freely. This does not extend to the system that produced it.
Infringement notices. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact hello@arch-forge.com with a description of the work, its location on the site, and your contact details, and we will investigate promptly.
05Availability and warranty
The site and the forge are provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the forge depends on third-party infrastructure that may be unavailable at times.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this site or reliance on anything the forge produces. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
07Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its practices.
08Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. Any engagement contract we sign with you may specify a different forum, and that contract prevails over this page.
Plain summary: use the tool, take the brief as a sketch, don't paste anything secret into it, and don't rely on it as a promise. Real commitments only ever come from a signed document.
